

It is with heavy hearts but full of cherished memories that we say goodbye to Clifford Lee Mitchell, who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 60. Born on January 20, 1965, in Miami, Florida, Clifford was a beacon of light in the lives of all who knew him.
A devoted manager at Kroger, Clifford was known for his hard work, leadership, and dedication to those he served. His kindness and caring nature extended far beyond the workplace, as he truly saw the value in every person he met.
Outside of work, Clifford’s passions reflected his joyful spirit. He found solace and joy in singing, a talent that was evident whenever he shared his voice with others. Whether he was singing in the University of Miami choir or around the house, his music brought people together, lifting hearts and creating unforgettable moments. Gardening and baking were other passions he adored, spending hours cultivating beauty and creating delicious treats that brought warmth to everyone around him.
Clifford’s legacy will live on through the love he shared, the music he sang, and the countless lives he touched with his generosity, humor, and unwavering positivity. His memory will be carried on by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Clifford is survived by his son, Zachary Mitchell; brothers, Scott Mitchell (Annedy), and Steve Mitchell (Melvin Murray; sister, Kim Mitchell Sargent (Chuck); nephews Kyle Sargent (Lisa) and David Mitchell and nieces; Kelly Dunn (Sean) and Katherine Kitchens (Eric).
A visitation for family and friends to gather will take place on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, between the hours of 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home 2950 Cobb Parkway, Kennesaw, GA 30152
Though he may be gone from this world, his spirit remains alive in the songs we sing, the gardens we tend, and the love we continue to share. Clifford’s light will shine forever in our hearts.
