

Mr. Frank I. Cullins age 75 of Kennesaw passed away October 30, 2014. A celebration of life service will be held 2 pm Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Kennesaw United Methodist Church with Wallace Wheeler officiating. Private interment services will be held at Kennesaw City Cemetery
Many things can be said about Mr. Frank Cullins. Known to family and friends as a friendly, energetic and decisive man. His true nature would always shine through revealing a conscientious demeanor. Frank was born in 1939 in Sterling, Illinois.
Frank experienced gratification from his work, he was employed for 22 years by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Frank was well known by his colleagues and took pride in being a District Manager in Circulation. He was also Owner of Kennesaw Bail Bond Company, his wife left him in charge.
Frank was an Army Veteran and proud member of the American Legion Post 304. Frank derived the most satisfaction from being involved in his community. Frank’s involvement was an added benefit to the Kennesaw City Parks & Recreation and Citizens Advisory Board. He was a contributor and board member of the Kennesaw Cemetery Preservation Foundation.
He was a past Lt. Governor & past President with the Kennesaw-Acworth Optimist Club where he helped build connections with our youth. Frank’s Stewardships at Kennesaw United Methodist Church included being a Trustee and singing in the Choir along with making sure visitors were welcome. Frank was a distinguished Boy Scout and Scout Master.
He was survived by his wife of 44 years Jacque Cullins of Kennesaw
2 sons – Patrick and Lisa Cullins of Ft. Lauderdale, FL ; Aaron Cullins of Kennesaw
Daughter – Stephani & Michael Bartrug of Cartersville, GA
Grandson – Steven Bartrug

Frank was generous in sharing his personal time, giving and helping those who he knew. He leaves behind him a legacy of loved ones, lifelong friends and memories. Everyone whose lives he touched will remember Mr. Frank I. Cullins.
