Gail Lee Miller

Gail Lee Miller, age 70, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022. Gail was born December 8, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Richard and Edith Kimball. She worked at North Cobb Highschool as a Special Education Teacher for 10 years, where she touched many children's lives. Gail loved children and they were always welcome in her home. She was known as the neighborhood grandma and her door was always open to anyone in need. Gail was an amazing baker and an avid reader. Her favorite thing to do was go shopping and out to eat, which she would often do to spend time with her friends. Gail loved dogs, and children and often opened her home to them. She would do anything for anyone no matter what. Gail was an amazing wife, mother and friend. She will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

Gail is survived by her sons Chris Miller; and Scott Miller (Sara); her grandchildren Ryan Miller, Gabrielle Miller, Connor Miller and Porter Miller.

Gail was preceded in death by her husband Herschel Miller.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to the Tommy Nobis Center.

A visitation for Gail will be held Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia, 30152, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM.
