. James "Jim" Thomas Hardee, age 92, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away on Sunday June 16, 2019. "Jim" was born June 24, 1926, to the late Luther and Lucretia Hardee of Odum, Georgia. He was a devoted husband to his wife Pauline for 50 plus years, loving father , grandfather and great grandfather. Jim served his country in the Army for twenty years. He enjoyed fishing when he was younger, also enjoyed gardening and messing around in his yard, and going to the mountains.
Jim is preceded in death by his wife Pauline Hardee, daughter Terri Gagnon, his parents, one brother and three sisters.
Jim is survived by his daughter Sandy Wells and her husband Jay, four grandchildren Evan Wells, Kaylin Baugh, Leah Crumley, Anna Smith, three great grandchildren Abby Crumley, Eliza Baugh, Esme Baugh.
A celebration of life gathering for "Jim" will be held Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. Following the celebration of life gathering will be a burial at 2:00 PM at Pine Ridge Memorial Park. Memorial dotation may be made to Alzheimer Association.
