Joan Davis Evans, age 73, of Kennesaw, Georgia, passed away on Monday July 30, 2018. Joan was born August 31, 1944 to Rachel Hunt Davis and George Rufus Davis. Joan was a good cook, never met a stranger, and enjoyed all kinds of crafts. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.
Joan is survived by; daughter Lea Evans Taylor; son Ryan Evans; and son-in-law Lester Taylor; sister Lisa Ann Davis; grandchildren Hunter and Erin .
A visitation for Joan will be held Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. A graveside service will be Friday, August 3, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Acworth, GA 30101.
