

Lewis James Boyer passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 88. He was born on October 25, 1937, to the late James and Lillie Boyer in Auburn, Pennsylvania. Lewis was a resident of Kennesaw, Georgia for 50 years.
Lewis served his country proudly in the United States Navy. After his time in the service, Lewis was responsible for providing heating and air conditioning maintenance for Bailey and Associates. He was known for his hard work and dedication.
Lewis enjoyed the outdoors, whether it be on his boat, or hunting in the woods; those were his happy places. He also enjoyed assembling model airplanes. Lewis was very involved in his community. He was a member of the First United Lutheran church, a member of the Masonic Lodge in Kennesaw, and in the Fleet Reserve Association.
Although Lewis was busy with work or the community, nothing could compare to being with his family. His wife, children, and grandchildren were the light of his life. Lewis will be missed by all that had the honor of knowing him.
Lewis is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ardella Boyer, sons; Keith Boyer (Tracey), and Kerry Boyer, and grandchildren; Katilyn Donohue (Spencer), and Kelly Boyer (Fairleigh Glen).
A visitation will be held at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152, US, on March 7, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location on March 7, 2026, beginning at 11:00 am.
A Committal Service will take place at Pine Ridge Memorial Park, 2950 Cobb Parkway North, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152.
