Marie Immacula César

Marie Immacula Cesar, age 84, went home to be with the Lord on Monday the 24th of April 2017 at 4:50 PM after struggling with cancer. She passed at home surrounded by her 3 daughters Karine Cesar, Magali Cesar, Chantal Cesar and her 2 grandchildren Elizabeth Cesar and Christophe Cesar.

Marie was born in Haiti where she met and married her husband, Georges Christophe Cesar, in 1962. They traveled the world before settling in the United States to raise their three daughters. She took a job as a Bonds Clerk at Manufactures Hanover Trust on Wall Street and worked there until her early retirement at the age of 55. She became widowed from the love of her life after 49 years of marriage in 2012. Marie was deeply religious attending daily services. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Caring for her family was her passion as well as cooking, sewing, and gardening.

Services will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of services.
