Marie Wilma Tinker

Marie Wilma Tinker, age 85, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024. She was born in Ashtabula, Ohio on March 27, 1939 to the late Eino and Elsie Peaspanen. Marie was a woman of faith and attended Shiloh Hills Baptist Church for over 50 years. Christian music was something that made her very happy, and she was also eager to hear new songs. She enjoyed shopping, especially with her grandchildren, who were the apple of her eye. Marie loved her family unconditionally and she will always be in their hearts. She was an amazing daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. Marie will be missed by all that had the honor of knowing her.

Marie is survived by her loving husband, Richard Tinker of 55 years; son; Mark Tinker, daughter; Elizabeth Ware, grandchildren; Makaela Ware, Skylar Ware, J. R. Tinker, and Hunter Tinker, brother; Carl Peaspanen (Jeanette), and sister; Maryann Stevenson (Tom).

Marie is preceded in death by her sister; Marilyn Adams, and son-in-law Tom Ware.

A visitation for Marie will be held Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
