Born November 7, l998 in Cartersville, Georgia, Max spent his early childhood years in Augusta, where he met his closest friends and made cherished memories. Max had a wicked wit and terrific sense of adventure. He loved fishing, hiking and the great outdoors. Most of all, he loved his family.
He attended Episcopal Day School and Stevens Creek Elementary during his primary years in Augusta. Max attended Cartersville Middle School and Cartersville High.
Survivors include mother, Christine McKinney; sister, Mollie Shivers; grandmothers Mollie McKinney, Fran Shivers; Aunts Amy Weick, Christy Shivers, Suzanne Smith, Nancy Vita; Uncles Brian Weick, David Vita, David Smith; cousins Marc, Charles and Teddy Weick, Andrew and Emilie Vita.
Max was preceded in death by his father, Marc Vincentelli Shivers, III.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 16th at St. Teresa’s Episcopal Church, 5725 Fords Rd. NW, Acworth, GA.
