Patrick Cowart, age 73, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022. Patrick was born November 15, 1948 in San Jose, California to the late Robert McCarthy and Jacqueline Jenkins. Patrick served faithfully and proudly in the United States Navy. He was also a part in the American Legion for 7 years. Patrick enjoyed to fish, garden, read, and watch all sports. He was a hard working man and was always doing something. He was a jack of all trades and did carpentry as well as work in construction. Above all else Patrick loved his family and wanted to spend as much time with them as they could. Patrick was a loving son, brother, husband, father and friend. He will be missed by all that knew him.
Patrick is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jacque Cowart; his sons Andrew Cowart (Britny); and Ryan Cowart; his brothers David Cowart (Denise); Rauol Llorens (Peggy), his grandchildren Leah Cowart, Madison Cowart and Collin Cowart.
A visitation for Patrick will be held Monday, September 19, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. A service will occur Monday, September 19, 2022 at 2:00 PM, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. A burial will occur at Georgia National Cemetery on October 3, 2022, 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive, Canton, Georgia 30194.
