Robie graduated from Henderson High School in 1975. After graduation he joined the CoastGuards and served our Country for 4 years until 1979.
Robie worked in IT with the Federal Government in the Small Business Administration Unit for approximately 30 years and retired in 2019. Robie enjoyed riding motorcycles with his brother for 20 years, He also loved going to the beach and the lake. He was an avid reader and sometimes read 3 books a week.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Edith Thrasher Duncan and Ralph Tillman Duncan.
He is survived by his son, Nicholas Duncan (Holly) and daughter Tabitha Lizana, his brother Terry Duncan (Cheryl), sister Dawn Duncan, and brother Brett Duncan. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside burial will be held on Monday, March 16 at 11:00 AM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home and Memorial Park. 2950 Cobb Parkway, NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152.
