It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our son, brother and uncle Christopher Nicholas Curda-LeBlanc on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Chris was born in Edmonton, Alberta on December 12th, 2003.
He was predeceased by his mother Gerrilynn Curda-LeBlanc at the age of 15.
He is survived by his father Douglas LeBlanc, his brothers Douglass T. LeBlanc, Johnathon C. LeBlanc, Alexander R. Westfal, his two nieces, Anna and Emily and nephew Morgan.
Chris enjoyed the outdoors, quadding, camping and fishing. He found great pleasure working on cars, he enjoyed playing video games online with others. He was a High School athlete and played Bronco Football throughout his High School years.
Chris was known by many through his time at McMunn & Yates as a lumber yard delivery truck driver.
In lieu flowers, donations in Chris’s memory would be greatly appreciated by the family to Stollery Children’s Hospital, 8440 112 St. NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6G 2B7.
A Celebration of Chris’s Life will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 11:00am at First Baptist Church with Pastor Cathy Giroux officiating.
