

On May 29th 2026, at age 47, after a long struggle with his health, Craig passed peacefully to meet his creator.
He is survived by his mother Judy (Jim), his wife Marci, his son Julian and his daughter Nadine. Craig had many aunts, uncles and cousins from far away. Also, many friends, especially Shane Scott, Andrew Hoffmeister and Nate Goss.
Craig was predeceased by his father Tom, grandmother Blandine Delanoy, the Brecht family; aunt Eva, Ray and Robert, his in-laws Ray and Linda and Bea Maxwell, the MacFarlanes, Bob, Doreen, Angus, Wendy and Gordon.
Craig was raised in Kenora. He attended King George, Lakewood and Beaver Brae Schools. Craig was a stargazer and followed the astronomy news. He loved lake life, especially our camp on Wolf Island. Art was always his passion. Craig worked on boat repair with his father’s business Allcraft Marine. He was also employed at Ristorante and Tim Hortons.
In 2005, Craig began his life with Marci and Nadine. They moved to southern Manitoba, soon after Julian arrived, they became his pride and joy. Craig was employed by Décor Cabinets in Morden, MB. In 2010, Craig’s Artistic talent came to light and he proudly held an art display at the Morden Art Gallery, wine and cheese included. Craig returned to Kenora in 2011.
Craig was a kind and caring person, with a tremendous sense of resilience in the face of adversity. Craig had a wonderful sense of humour. He will be greatly missed.
