You were always there for us and I will Always hold you close to my heart ❤️ My girls will miss the grandpa jokes and fun times we all had together ! We love and miss you every day! I miss you dad , the world is different place without you here. I have been thinking about you a lot and remembering the little things. Like when mom would give you a piece of dessert and you would always call it a sample and want a second piece. Or when you would tease Anastasia and call her Ana and she would correct you to call her by her full name Anastasia. I miss how you would talk to your cats and feed them treats at the dinner table. Or how you and I would sit downstairs and watch daytime talk shows and discuss what a crazy world we live in. How I would always buy you gifts with a bear because I always referred to you as the bear who lived in his bear cave. Or when we had our talks about life and how you shared your wisdom with me to help me understand life. I miss you so much dad and I love you very much. I will keep all these memories and many more in my heart in which you will continue to live on in this world in my memory. I know you are on your journey now to the spirit world and I look forward to when you come to visit me in my dreams when you get there. ❤️

During the twenty years that we knew you, you were always a gracious host, and a good Father-in-law to our son. I know that our mutual granddaughters will always remember you with love. Rest in God's love.

George has been my Father-in-law for 20 years and a big part of my life for almost 25 years. He welcomed me into his home and family and I am more fortunate for having known him. He was a kind, funny and wonderful father and grandfather to all my girls. In his last few months, he was truly inspiring with the grace and courage he showed in and out of the hospital. He never lost his sense of humour and always managed to smile and tease the girls when we visited him. He was a great father, grandfather, father-in-law and friend. Rest well and know that I will miss and remember you every day.
