Glenn Steven Morrison

February 16, 1963 – May 22, 2021

Glenn Steven Morrison (Sturgeon Clan) passed away in Winnipeg, Manitoba on May 22, 2021 at the age of 58.

Glenn was born on Feb 16, 1963 in Emo, Ontario. He loved being outdoors, especially fishing. Growing up he was close to his little brother Delbert and would always keep a watchful eye on him.

He enjoyed walking and visiting his siblings and family whenever he could. He was, affectionately known as "Moose" to many family and friends.

He is predeceased by his parents, L/CPL John Morrison and Mary Celine (nee Skead) Morrison; his grandparents, Adolph Skead and Angelique Skead (nee: Seymour); beloved sister, Beverly Morrison; uncles, Hughie Morrison (Christine), Mike Morrison, Louis Skead (Flora), Roy Skead (Emma), Frederick Skead; aunties, Hannah Gibbons (nee Morrison) (Jim) and Katie Comegan (nee Morrison) (Alex).

Glenn is survived by his children, Caitlynn Harper and Jadar Morrison of Winnipeg; sisters Judy Morrison and Phyllis Morrison of BC; brothers John "Sonny" Morrison(Georgina), Leslie Morrison, Melvin "Bean" Morrison, Delbert Morrison(Rhonda), Albert "Craze" Gibbins, Tom "Buck" Gibbons and Elmer Chang. Uncles John Skead, Steve Skead and auntie Mary-Jane Skead. Many nieces and nephews too numerous to mention; cousins and family from Wauzhushk Onigum, Big Grassy, Big Island, Morson and Winnipeg.

Traditional Wake Service will be held on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the Golden Eagle Casino at Rat Portage First Nation. A Traditional Funeral Service will take place at the Golden Eagle Casino on Saturday, Mary 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Elder Langford Ogemah officiating. Burial to follow to Service.
