Herminio Abrazaldo

He is survived by his son Anthony, and sisters Carmelita Abrazaldo, Corazon A Agliron, and Precy A Rodas.

He was predeceased by his spouse Fe Abrazaldo, his parents Rufina and Cesario Abrazaldo, and siblings Violeto and Mario.

Hermie was born in San Fabian Philippines in 1944, the eldest of six siblings in the Abrazaldo family. Hermie arrived in Winnipeg Canada in October 1971 then moved to Kenora soon after, where he met Fe then married in September of 1973. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, Mahjong, poker, and going to the casino.

A Celebration of Hermies’s Life will be held on Thursday, October 22nd, 2026 at 11:00am at Notre Dame Catholic Church with Father Rudy Manaloto officiating, with burial to follow at Lake of the Woods Cemetery.

In honour of Hermie, donations to the Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
