It is with great sadness and broken hearts that the family announces the passing of Isaac Fisher on November 13, 2025, at the age of 38. Isaac was born on August 7, 1987, in Kenora, Ontario. He was a loving partner, father, brother, grandpa, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend.
He will be dearly missed by his partner Gina, and his children Monique, Carma, Dawn, and son Zack and his grandsons Tommy and Carson. He will forever be cherished by his sisters Sherri and Thelma, and his brother Roderick. Isaac was very close to his sister Sherri, and he always told her how much he loved her. His absence will be felt deeply by his aunties Brenda (Gordon) and Glenda. Isaac thought of his Auntie Brenda and Uncle Gordie as his parents and always called them Mom and Dad, as they played an important parental role in his life.
He will be deeply missed by his cousins: Blair (Ogemah), Dimitri, Garnet, Trevor, Nathan, Marvin, Sylvia, Clifford, Ryan, Jeremy, Billy, Robert, Evaline, Brendan, and Terrian. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews including Tyrese, Jake, Charlie, Javen, Amariah, Amelia, Athena, Kingston, Joey, Jaren, Reagan, Ryus, Reeve, Raven, Dolcey, Chanelle, Dennis, Joanna, Aleisha, Harvin, Glenna, Mariucz, Kadafi, Tatianna, Jediah, Miles, Leroy, Lorenzo, and more.
Isaac will be lovingly remembered by his kokums Irene Scott, Celene Scott, Eliza Scott, and Rose Fisher, and by his shomis’s Jimmy Fisher and Martin Scott. He also leaves behind numerous cousins, his close friends Brandon Bunting and Jonah Tikanye, and many other friends who will deeply miss him.

Isaac is predeceased by his mom Karen Fisher, his brother Charlie, his grandparents Cornelius Sr. and Josephine Fisher, his uncle Cornelius Jr., his aunties Sharon and Jennifer, his grandma Josephine Kejick, grandfather Willam Kejick, his cousin Shelly, and many other cousins too numerous to mention.
Isaac will always be loved and missed by all who knew him. He will be remembered for his sense of humour. He greatly enjoyed fishing and listening to music, especially pow-wow music. He held fond memories of his time working security at the clinic and often spoke about those experiences. He enjoyed spending time with his grandmother Eliza Scott, he also loved spending time with Gina, and he enjoyed food of all kinds, he was never a picky eater.
Isaac’s family would like to extend a warm welcome to everyone attending the wake and funeral services. Wake Services will be held at the Whitedog Community Hall on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 11:00am. Traditional Funeral Service will take place at the Whitedog Community Hall on Thursday, November 27, 2025 at 11:00am and will be conducted by Langford Ogemah, with Jamie and the Brown Eagle Drum Group drumming and offering songs. Burial will follow at Goshawk, where Isaac will be laid to rest with his Fisher family.
