It is with great sadness our family announces the sudden passing of Patience Kiijick in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
You are loved by everyone that was in your life, even the people you just met will miss you. You were a rare gem, this universe has given the world. A true great one, and we are all honored to have been with you in life, we are all so truly fortunate to have called you our sibling daughter, cousin, niece and friend. Your soul and energy are unlike any other and your unique personality inspired us all to be better versions of ourselves. You saved us, you fulfilled the missing piece in our family. You have saved us from despair, you made us whole again.
Left to mourn her loss is her mother, Tammy Kiijick; her father, Darin S Kirkness, her sister's; Fate Chastain, Daynin D.M, Camryn and Alyssa; her brothers; Justis Damien, Draven Storm, Judas Thunder, Darius, Drysten and Drayde; her grandmothers, Margaret Kejick and Dinah Rowe; her nieces and nephews, Ashadeya Tammy, Willy texiera, Donald A.S, Kaliya (Our Helen), Draven Storm the 2nd and Hades Stormborn, her aunts and uncles, Gloria, Brenda, Roberta (Don), Barbara (Ralph), Judy (Kukra), Rachel, Marie (Dayton), Glen (Felicia), Nate (Jean), JB (Becky), Robert (Annette), Jason (Anita), Adrian (Ruby), David (Helen), Sharon (Leon), Shirley (Adrian), Danny, Dennis (Stacy) and Steven; her cousins, Rory, Gennita, Robin, Roy, Geneva, Raph, Brandon, Nigel, Basil, Alex, Byron, Angelina (Iris), Tina, Joshua, Mario, Jeremiah, Fabian, Brayden, Elana, Ashton, Shelly, Sherry, Sharell, Kyrel, Levi, Season, Kiana and many more too numerous to name.
Patience leaves this world to join her brother, Hades Stormborn, her grandfather's Saul Kirkness and Joseph E Perrault; her grandmother's, Marie Bertha, Barbara Spence, Mary Ann Beardy and Bertha Kejick, her uncles, Donald Kejick, Fabian Kejick and Ronald Kejick.

A Traditional Wake Service will take place in Grassy Narrows First Nation on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 1 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place in Grassy Narrows First Nation on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 11 a.m. Ron Mandamin will officiate Service. Cremation will follow service.
