He was born on June 28, 1956 in Old Grassy Narrows, Ontario and was 62 years of age.
He was predeceased by his grandmother Sarah Kejick, grandfather John Kejick, mother Marie Graham, father Jim Swain, brothers Carlos Graham, Russell Swain, uncle Robert Keesick, first cousins, Donald Kejick, Fabien Kejick, Cathy Kejick, Allister Kejick and son in law Stedman Loon.
Ronald will be lovingly missed by his wife Beverly Assin, daughter Tina Assin (John Noon), grandchildren Andrea Loon (Jeff Mandamin), Kambria Loon (Tyson Kelly), Trajan Loon, Josey Loon, Paxton Loon, great grandson Stedman Loon, his sisters Mary Graham, Marry Ann Swan, Maria Swain, Lillian Swain, brother Chris Swain, auntie Margaret Keewatin.
Also left to mourn his passing are nieces and nephews, Sarah, Carmelia, Isiah, Zackary, Bonnie, Chrissy, Jessica, Terri, Adrienne, Crystal, Amanda, Jolene, Deanna, Vanessa, Misty, Cynthia, Charlton and Russell, cousins Robert, Jason, Roberta, Judy, Barbara, JB, David, Adrian, Rachel, Roberta, Gloria, Brenda, Glen, Nathaniel, Tammy and too many great nieces and nephews to mention.
He loved and cherished his wife and grandchildren dearly, he loved his only daughter with all his heart. He enjoyed watching hockey, picking his own medicines and going for long walks, he was an avid Canadiens fan, in his younger years, he enjoyed singing in powwows and enjoyed making bannock.
Wake Service will be held at Ronald Keesick’s residence on Saturday, January 5, 2019 starting at 1:00pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 11:00 am at Ronald Keesick’s residence with interment to follow at Grassy Narrows Cemetery.
