She was predeceased by her grandfather’s Frank Fobister, Gabriel Kokopenace, Daniel Kokopenace, and Simon Kokopenace, grandmother Catherine Swain, uncle’s Jason Fobister, Kevin Fobister, Patrick Swain, Clarence Swain, aunt’s Shirley Fobister, Ina Swain, Colleen Swain, Phyllis Swain, and cousin’s Marcus Fobister, Hale King, Marlene Taylor and Ernest Swain.

She is survived by her father Douglas Swain (Rhonda), mother Cindy Kokokopenace-Fobister, grandmother Susan Fobister, grandfather Isaac Kabestra, sons Anakin Land, Jasper Land, daughter Chennille Land, brother’s Douglas Swain Jr., Michael Clara (Rowena), Alexei Swain, Daniel Kokokopenace, sister’s Caradine Swain, Susanne Kokokopenace, uncle’s John C. Kokopenace, Barney Kelly, Clifford Swain (Jackie), Dallas Swain (Joanne), aunt’s Penny Fobister (Tony) and Alice King (Langford). Her grandmother’s Eveleen Petiquan and family, Jessie Assin and family, Rita Kokopenace (Fred) and family, Brenda Kokopenace and family and Clara Kokopenace and family, Maria Swain and family, Mary Ann Swain and family, Lillian Swain and family and Chris Swain and family.

She is also survived by cousin’s Leon, Jordan (Justin), Colten, Marni, Jeremy, Jacqueline Fobister, Rosanne, John Jr., Jessie, Tamas Kokopenace and many more numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and relatives too numerous to mention.

She liked to read, enjoyed walking, puppies, movies, cooking and learning new things. Skye was friendly, kind, resourceful, and always helpful, she always had a big smile for everyone.

Wake will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018 beginning at 1:00 pm at the Trappers Building in Grassy Narrows. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 11:00 am with burial to follow.
