Betty's passion for community well-being extended beyond the school gates; she spearheaded a successful campaign for the construction of a skate park in Kerman, providing a secure haven for young enthusiasts. Widely recognized for her volunteerism, Betty earned numerous accolades, including commendations from both local government and her fellow citizens. Betty Jean Roberts, age 90, of Fresno, CA passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024. Betty was born in New Mexico.
A viewing for Betty will be held Friday, May 10, 2024 at 9:00 am at Palm Memorial - Kerman Chapel, 538 South Madera Avenue, Kerman, CA 93630. Following a graveside service at 11:30 am at Belmont Memorial Park 201 N. Teilman Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
