Joyce L. Earl, age 84, of Fresno, California passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022. Joyce loved gardening, baking and making jelly. Joyce loved spending time with her family, friends and spending time attending church.
Joyce is survived by her children; Kevin Phillips (Angie), Cheri Theobald (Jeff), and daughter-in-law; Leah. Joyce also leaves behind her 7 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Joyce is preceded in death by her husband Harold Earl; and her 2 sons Randy Phillips Sr. and Mark Phillips.
Per Joyce's wishes there will be a private graveside service for family.
