

Alma Greear Harmon of Gray, TN went to be with the lord on November 17, 2025, at Life Care Center of Gray. Alma was born and raised in Coeburn, Va, the middle daughter of Lennie (Buck) and Letha Greear. Alma retired after a successful career at Tennessee Eastman Company in Kingsport, TN. She was an avid traveler that loved to explore new and exciting places. When Alma was not traveling, she enjoyed spending time with her family, being an aunt was one of her greatest joys. Her life was deeply rooted in her faith. She was a member of Fordtown Baptist Church. Alma was especially thankful for her Sunday school class where she enjoyed fellowship. Alma was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Phillis (Wayne) Corder. She is survived by her sister Barbara (Roger) Blevins, and brother Warren (Christine) Greear, and several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Life Care Center of Gray for the care and kindness they provided.
The family will receive friends Friday, November 21, 2025, from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at East Lawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 P.M. in the East Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Keith Smith officiating. Entombment will be private. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Fordtown Baptist Church Building Fund, 444 Old Fordtown Road, Kingsport, TN, 37663.
