Barbara was of the Christian faith and a long-time member of Blountville Christian Church.
Barbara worked as a seamstress for many years and worked at North Electric. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandparent. She enjoyed making arts and crafts and floral arranging. She was the floral arranger for her family gravestones, making several a year for each member. She greatly enjoyed for years making her porcelain dolls along with her Aunt Dorothy. They were her “babies.” She found great pleasure working in her flower garden and always had a green thumb in that regard.
The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, love, and concern following her brief illness. A special thanks to the staff of Amedisys Hospice for their excellent care and support.
