Carol Woodward Patrick

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George Patrick, Sr.; her parents, James Lee and Lettie Mae Moore Woodward; and her sister, Marilyn Rasar. Carol is survived by her children, George Patrick, Jr., James Patrick (Rita), and Laura McNew (Willard). She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Emily Shell (Cordell), Joshua Patrick (Hope), Jasmine McNew, and Diamond Terry (John). Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren, Walker Shell, Colton Shell, Lyfe McNew, Meera Jessee, Hannah Terry, and Sylas Terry.

Carol was known for her love of country music, enjoying shows like Larry's Country Diner and listening to the Daniel O'Donnell Show every Thursday. Her garden and flowers brought her joy, and she found pleasure in working crossword puzzles. Carol's sense of humor and laughter were infectious, and her honesty was a hallmark of her character. You always knew where she stood. Above all, she loved her family dearly.

A graveside committal service will be held at the East Lawn Memorial Park in the Garden of Love, located at 4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664. The service is scheduled for February 16, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Carol Woodward Patrick will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
