Holly N. Horne, age 51, entered into rest July 24, 2013 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Born in Machias, Maine she had lived in Kingsport for two years. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Hatt. Holly was formerly employed as a social worker for the State of Tennessee, and her work life carried over into her personal life as she was a foster parent to seven children. Being multifaceted, Holly also owned her own business, Fresh From Maine Seafood. She was a member of Higher Ground Baptist Church. Survivors include her mother, Thelma Hatt; her husband, Jerrel Horne; son, Ben Stoddard; daughter, Emily Leonard; two grandchildren, Brayden Leonard, McKinley Stoddard; brothers and sisters, Tom, Mark, Joyce, Vickie and Pammy.
