He is preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Sylvia Shafferman.
He is survived by his sons Dillon Shafferman and Hunter Shafferman (Julee). As well as his brothers Kyle Shafferman (Lisa) and Eric Shafferman (Francis) and sister Amy Malone (Michael). His family in West Virginia will miss him greatly as will his work family at Bandit Lights.
A graveside service for Kent will be held Monday, January 27, 2025 at 12:00 PM at East Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, Tennessee 37664.
