Lynnette Sykes Bush

Lynnette Sykes Bush, age 65, was called home unexpectedly on Friday, March 11, 2016 in Kingsport, TN. She was born on October 24, 1950 to the late Clifford Wayne Sykes and Mary Alice Wallace in Bluefield, WV. In addition to her parents; she is preceded in death by her sister, Theresa McLaughlin.

Lynnette was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She cherished her family and lived her life to the fullest. She was fun-loving and always had a smile on her face. She was a good friend to all who knew her. Lynnette was a former x-ray technician at Bristol Surgery Center for over 20 years.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of over 20 years, Boyd Bush; daughter, Kristen Lusk Griffith and husband Jeff; grandchildren, Olivia, Jillian and Evan Griffith; stepson, Stephen Bush and wife Michelle; stepdaughters, Yolonda Robinette and husband Brian, Alicia Walker and husband Bill; step grandchildren, Mariah McCoy, Logan Walker, Laurel Walker, Tristan Robinette and Caden Bush; two step great-grandchildren; a niece, a nephew and a host of loving friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 14, 2016 from 6:00-7:00pm at East Lawn Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 7:00pm in the Chapel of East Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Lusk officiating.
