Mildred was a kind and loving woman. She was preceded in death by her parents, H.D. and Elizabeth McGuire Jeter; husband, Coy Kilbourne; brothers, Willard, Carl, and Dee Jeter; sisters, Anna Lee Tipton and Helen Cox; one niece, and three nephews.
Mildred is survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
She will be remembered at a Graveside Service on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the Garden of the Good Shepherd at East Lawn Memorial Park in Kingsport, Tennessee.
