Patricia May Shackleton

We announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Patricia Shackleton, who passed peacefully with family by her side on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the age of 87 years. Born on October 28, 1938, in Kennedy, Saskatchewan, Pat spent her life raising her children on the Kennedy farm and then in the town of Kipling. She worked in the community and was known as the Tupperware lady for many years. She hosted many family gatherings in her house of signature green decor and BBQs in her spacious backyard, sharing her famous macaroni salads and chocolate peanut butter balls. Her face lit up when seeing her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Pat was predeceased by her loving husband Clifford; parents Louie and Alma Berglund; brother Jack; mother-in-law and father-in-law Jessie and Wallace Shackleton; brothers-in-law: Harry Selinger, John Macfarlane and Charlie Brace and sister-in-law Yvonne Shackleton.

She is survived by her son Terry (Marilyn); grandchildren: Vanessa (Kyle) Kish and their children: Tennessee, Arizona and Gentry; Bryce (Shalane); Devon (Hana); Tynealle (Allscott) and their child Olive; her son Jim (Lynda) and grandchildren: Dylan (Charissa) and their children: Brodan, Brynlee, Berkeley, Kaitlyn (Austin) and their children Colt and Makenna and grandchildren Matt and Carter; her son Blaine (Tricia) and children Zack and Zaira; her son Garth (Gisele) and their children: Corissa (Tony) and their children: Maverick, Alex and Lilee; son Jeremy (Jenna) and their children Frankie and Clifford and Sabrina (Chris); her daughter Maureen (Dave) and their children: Jonn, Annika, Arianna, Savanna, Ashlynn and Zenn; her sisters Dorothy Douglas and Jeannie Macfarlane; Shackleton brothers-in-law: Glen (Donna), Lynn (Elsie), Lee (Joan) and Edward and sister-in-law Merle Brace.

A celebration of Pat's life will be held in the Kipling Community Centre, Kipling, Saskatchewan. on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., officiated by Monica Dayman.
