Frank Joel Hellyer age 50, of Kissimmee, passed away April 28, 2013. He was born June 23, 1962 in Flemington, New Jersey. He was preceded in death by his parents James Paul and Margaret Betsko. He was a loving husband, son, father, brother and uncle with a quirky sense of humor. Frank is survived by his wife JoAnne; daughter Chloe; brother Lee(Jami) Hellyer; sisters Ellen(Tom)Salley, Sharon Olson, Lorie(Gary)Decatur, and Joan Hellyer; ten nephews and 6 nieces. His family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
