James was retired U.S. Navy Veteran and moved to Florida 4 years ago from Los Lunas, New Mexico.
James is survived by his daughter Tammy Turner of Kissimmee, Florida; his daughter Lynette Toepperwein Munson of Helotes, Texas; and his son Keith Parker of Castroville, Texas; his sister Cindy Smith Powell of Rockport, Texas; his granddaughter Heather Turner, his granddaughter Jessica Parker, his granddaughter Ashton Munson-Kidd, his granddaughter Anissa Munson, his grandson Kevin Parker and his grandson Kaden Parker.
James was preceded in death by Sandra Smith and Buddy Parker.
