Adolph Horn

Adolph passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 29th at Grand River Hospital after a brief illness at the age of 85.

Beloved Husband of Stephanie for over 66 years; dear father of Annamarie (Wayne) McCarter; Monica Wielonda, Harry Horn and Helen Mudie; loving Opa to Stefanie, Sara, Stuart, Laura, Karen, Jessica, Alex, Craig and Angela; Great-Opa to Anna, Alex and Gillian.

Survived by his caring Son-in-law, George Wielonda; also survived by his Sisters-in-law, Karoline, Lydia, Hanna, Brother-in-law, Peter; and many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his son, Art (2009); his parents George and Philipine; his siblings, John, George, Adam, Sofie and Jacob.

Cremation has taken place. A remembrance of Adolph’s life will take place at Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel (51 Benton St. at Church St., Kitchener) at 3 pm, on Saturday May 3, 2014, with a memorial visitation one hour prior at 2 pm.
