I mist up when thinking of Brad passing but a big smile comes to me when I think of the great times we had over the years. The trips to Boston, our Friday nights at the Kent, coaching the women's fastball team, Friday night hockey. Always a great time.
My thoughts go out to family and friends who have great memories of him as well.

I am so very sad to hear about Brad's passing. I grew up next door to Brad's house and he was a wonderful person to know as a neighbour. I always enjoyed our chats, his friendly smile, and his gentle manner. I am thinking of Brad's family and friends during this time. And I'm thinking especially of you, Dan. My chats with your dad became less frequent when I moved away for school, but when I came home, he always loved to tell me what you were up to and I know he was so proud of you. I will miss him very much.

Brad...you've left so much behind in the hearts of everyone who knew you. Yoga won't be the same without you on the mat beside me. Namaste, my friend.

I am so saddened to hear of Brad's passing.  I worked at the University of Waterloo for many years and knew Brad well.  He was always very friendly and accomodating and will be missed greatly.  My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends at this very difficult time.

Words seem inadequate to express the sadness I feel at having to say goodbye to such a dear friend. There's a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch. I don't understand why he was taken so soon but I do know that he did a lot of living and that his life gave us all memories too beautiful to forget. A pillar of strength in the bad times and a beacon of humour always, Brad will be sorely missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

I am very sorry to hear of Brad's passing. He was one of those people at the university you could count on to be helpful and cheerful  under pretty much any situation. He was  obviously loved and respected by friends and family,including his U of W family.

Brad was a humble fellow who always listened, then endeavoured to carry out our requests with a happy heart.  He conquered mountains without complaining - when all we could do was ask why.  He proved to us that it was so-o worth the fight, no matter what the odds were.  And, that the moments captured on that battleground are some of life's most precious ones. Without a doubt, our lives have been enriched by working alongside Brad.  Alas, it is our turn now to carry our friend and colleague.

I have many great memories from the different times I have known Brad.  He was always upbeat and supportive during the times we played sports together.  He always had something positive to say to me no matter how much I screwed up on the ice at hockey or on the diamond at baseball.  I also enjoyed coaching hockey with him.  I will miss Brad but I will always have great memories of him.
