The former Caroline Theresa Sawitsky aged 97 years.

Caroline was a member of Sacred Heart Church

Loving mother to John of Hamilton and Larry of Waterloo and step brother Maxwell Sawitsky and his wife Marlene of Stratford.

Predeceased by her parents Michael Sawitsky and Kathleen Susko, her husband John in 1992, one brother Joseph and one sister Anne and one step brother Michael.

Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener (today) Friday from 7-9, where parish prayers will be recited at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am from Sacred Heart Church with Father Eugene Pietrasik C.R. officiating. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery and donations may be made to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre as expressions of sympathy through the funeral home. Reception to follow in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre.
