Catherine "Kay" Bauer

Passed away at Trinity Village on April 11, 2014 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her loving husband, Howard (2007). Cherished mother to Gary Bauer and Joanne Snider Bauer. Dear grandmother to Brittany Bauer Luyckx and Michael Luyckx as well as Ryan Bauer and fiancé Kimberly MacKay. Great-grandmother to Scarlett Elizabeth Luyckx. Kay is also predeceased by her parents, John and Catherine Germann as well as siblings John, Wilfred, Robert, Tom, Teresa, Margaret, Helen, Mary, Bunny, Bernice and Hubert Weiberg and Len Bauer. She is survived by Dorothy Bauer, Patricia and Rudy Hiebert and many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her special cousin Barbara Krueger, and dear friends Dawn and Doug Best, Cameron and Steven Best and Clare and Rose Schnarr. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home (51 Benton at Church St.) on Tuesday, April 15 from 1-2 p.m. followed by the service in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Pastor Paul Snow officiating.
