Celeste Del Cul

Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 4, 2011. He joins his beloved wife Elena, who predeceased him in 2009. Beloved father of Silvano Del Cul and his wife Monica McGrinder, and Alberto Del Cul and his wife Patti. Beloved Nonnu to Nicole, Alicia, Mattia and Dante. Survived by his sister Maria. Predeceased by his parents Giovanni and Luigia Del Cul and by his brother Mattia and sisters Celestina and Lecia. Celeste was a former member of the Italian Cortina Club and enjoyed gardening, hunting and making wine. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be recited at 8:30p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anne’s RC Church, 268 East Ave., Kitchener on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Mark Sullivan as celebrant. Interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society in Celeste’s memory.
