Wright, Evelyn – Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Dec 31, 2014 in her 89th year. Dearest wife to Norm for 72 years. Mother to Gary (Donna) of Victoria, BC and the late Sharon Henderson (2011). Beloved grandmother to Amanda Gray, Kristopher (Christina) Anderson, Jennifer (Gary) Oliver, Stephanie Ann (Ken) Hohner, Ivori Henderson, Claire Wright and Hazen Wright. Great grandmother to Chloe and Evelina (daughters of Amanda), Aidan (son of Jennifer) and the late Carter(son of Stephanie). Evelyn and Norm shared their married life on Georgian Bay and were former residents of Barrie for over 50 years. Evelyn will be remembered for her strong will, her loud opinions but also her compassion and desire to help people and for her beautiful rose gardens. Family and friends may visit at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King Street W. Kitchener 519-745-9495 on Sunday January 4, 2015 from 12 to 2 pm with a funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 pm.
