Passed away peacefully on September 14, 2014 on their 68th Wedding Anniversary at the age of 89. Devoted husband of Elaine, loving father of Robert (Nadia), Richard (Marilyn), Linda Shantz, and late son Brad , grandfather of 9, and great grandfather of 10; Son of the late Leander and Frieda Vogt. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, ON N2G 1C7 on Thursday September 18, 2014 from 7-9 pm. Special thanks to Freeport Hospital, 3rd Floor Union Terrace staff for their kind incredible support. Cremation has taken place. Donations may be made to Freeport Hospital in his memory
