Peacefully surrounded by her family at Freeport Hospital on November 29th at the age of 87. Her steadfast faith, hope and love were inspirations to all, as was her spark and optimism through life. Predeceased by her husband Stanley. Loving mother of Patricia Blair (Thomas) and Bill (Denise). Forever loved by her grandsons James, Andrew, Douglas and Nicholas. Survived by her dearest sister Kae Soden. A celebration of Helen’s life will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church at 54 Queen St. North, Kitchener on December 5th at 11 a.m. A reception will follow after the service. Donations may be made to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church or CNIB.
