Maria Mueller

It is with great sadness, that the family announce the passing of Maria Mueller, age 87. She was born December 24, 1923 in Gross-Schogen, Transylvania, Romania. She was predeceased by her husband Martin Mueller (1998) and brother Martin Wolf.

Beloved mother to Marie (Martin) Schelling. Proud grandmother to Jeffrey (Sandy) Schelling and Mark (Pam) Schelling. Great Omi to Hannah, Holly and Mya. She is survived by sisters Wilma (Alouis) Svacina and Rosie (John) Töper in Austria and sister-in-law Gabrielle Wolf. She was a proud member of the Transylvania Club for over 50 years and also a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. Relatives and friends will be received at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home & Chapel (519-742-4481), 51 Benton St. Kitchener on Wednesday, May 11,2011 for visitation from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with the funeral service on Thursday, May 12 at 11 a.m. from the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mark Ehlebracht officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens. A special thanks to the nurses and caregivers on the 5th floor at Grand river Hospital for their compassion and care to our mother.
