Mrs. Mary "Jean" Jean Schlote Allenson

Passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at her residence at the age of 70. Devoted wife to the late Elmer Allenson (1998) after 37 years of marriage. Beloved mother of Mary Geisel, Evelyn (John) Lock, Peggy Geisel, and Arron (Joanne Coulas). Loving Grams to Rosa, Christopher, Brad, Vanessa, Jonathon, Jacqueline, Angelica, Blair and David. Sadly missed by siblings Robert (Isabelle) Schlote, and Tom (Pat) Schlote. Predeceased by daughter Betty Watson, son-in-law Rick Geisel, granddaughter Crystal Ditner, and grandsons Steven Goigne, and Cameron Coulas.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home & Chapel (51 Benton St. at Church St., Kitchener, 519-742-4481) on Monday (today) from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to follow at St. Stephen Lutheran Church (248 Highland Rd. East, Kitchener) at 1 p.m. on Tuesday. Private family interment to follow at Memory Gardens, Breslau at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
