Michael Frederick Gibbon

Passed away unexpectedly at Grand River Hospital on Monday October 5, 2015 in his 61st year. Michael will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his siblings Patricia (Gregory) Boxwell, Sandra and the late Ralph Watts (2013), Linda (Hans) Leinweber, William Larry (Diane) Gibbon, his nieces Samantha (Chris) Raymer and Emily (Christopher) Ethier and great niece Lily Ethier. Michael is predeceased by parents Bud (1986) and Winnifred (2000) Gibbon and his niece Adrienne (1973). Michael was a beautiful human being. Intelligent, compassionate, and a man of insatiable curiosity. He loved knowledge and shared freely with those who spent time with him. He loved baroque music, fine wine, good conversation and he read voraciously. We will miss him more than words can express. A service for family and friends will be held at the Williamsburg Dedication Centre, 1541 Fischer Hallman Road, Kitchener on Saturday, November 7th at 11:00 am.
