Alma A Martin

Martin, Alma A. –age 92, a devoted mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother and great, great grandmother went to be with the Lord December 31, 2010. Preceded in death by husband Robert Earl Martin. She leaves to mourn her passing: daughters and son-in-laws Delores and Jim Carter, Mary and Danny Cassady, Shirley and John Hitch all of Knoxville, Darla and Lee Barker of North Carolina, Charlotte Sartin, Nashville, Tennessee; sons and daughter-in-laws Robert and Marilyn Martin of Kansas, Ronnie and Frankie Martin, Tom and Delores Martin of North Carolina and Steve and Susie Martin, Seymour, Tennessee; 26 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister, Martha Croxdale; brothers Earl Householder, Murl Householder and Jack Householder. Visitation will be on Monday, January 3, 2011 at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway, from 5:00-7:00 pm. Family and friends will meet on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Bryan Creswell officiating.
