Andrew "Andy" Dale Strickland, age 66, of Knoxville, passed away suddenly Saturday, December 12, 2020 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management and the Culinary Institute of America. Andy was a lifelong Chef with Windsor Gardens Assisted Living and most recently with the Lunch Box. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, reading and volunteering with Random Acts of Flowers. Preceded in death by parents, Perry and Dora Strickland. Andy is survived by partner, Alan Hart; brother, Ed Strickland; nephew, Ben Strickland and niece, Erin Strickland.
