Anna Christine Foust age 90 of Knoxville, passed away Monday, January 23, 2017. She was member of Cedar Bluff Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husbands John W. Penland and Bill Foust. She was one of eleven children of the late Oscar and Mary Barger. Survived by her brother Raymond Barger, sons Bobby D. Penland, Gary Penland (Sherry Braden), and Dennis and wife Pam Penland, grandchildren Jennifer Keller, Lynn Penland, Tommy Penland, and Amy Penland, great grandchildren Peyton, Allie, Ashley, Baylee, Emory, and Ava and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 12-2pm at Berry HIGHLAND MEMORIAL, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919. A Funeral Service will follow at 2pm. Interment will be held at Berry HIGHLAND WEST, 9913 Sherrill Lane, Knoxville, TN, 37932, Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 3pm. Officiated by Jerry Taylor.
