Survived by her four children: her eldest son Milton A. Turner, Jr., his wife Wendy and their three children, Jared, Logan and Tara; daughter Jennifer Elkins Turner and her daughter Geneva Rae; son Matthew D. Turner, his wife Annie and their children Gray and Tristan; son Philip C. Turner, his wife Karen and their sons Wyatt and Wolfgang; her sister Sugene Lawler, her husband John and their sons Parrish and Jennings Lawler.
A Service for the Celebration of Her Life will be held at St. John's Cathedral; 413 Cumberland Ave., Knoxville, TN 37902; Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 11 am, with a reception in the Great Hall afterwards. In lieu of flowers, you may make a gift to the Young Williams Animal Center (young-williams.org) in her honor.
