Barbara Ferguson Ferguson Seaton

Seaton, Barbara Ferguson, age 87, of Farragut, born in Cottam, Ontario, Canada passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 following a brief illness. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church and retired from White Stores. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Laurence H. and Marie Peters Ferguson; husband, Robert E. Seaton, Sr., Knoxville Deputy Fire Chief Retired, and her brother, Everett Ferguson. She is survived by sons, Bruce L. Seaton and wife Catherine; Robert E. Seaton, Jr., daughters, Patti D. Seaton Rodriguez and husband, Ramon; Lori A. Seaton Whitson and husband, Steve; grandchildren: Joe, David, Timothy, Michelle, Matthew, and Jennifer Seaton; Jonathan Tindell, Christopher Donahue, Sara Schubert, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Stephanie Harris, and Andy Whitson; six great-grandchildren; a host of Canadian cousins; and many friends and acquaintances. Family will receive friends on Friday, April 26, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 at Berry Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Rev. Gibbs Hammond officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
