DAVIS, BIRDIE BYERS MULLINS, age 81 of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 24, 2013. She was a member of Tuckahoe Baptist Church. She was a loving Mom and Nanny and loved life and everyone. Preceded in death by parents, Charley and Delcina Byers; Daughter, Shirley Mullins; Sisters, Minnie Garner, Maxine Pacino, Elsie Searing, Bessie Brown; Brothers, Kenneth Byers, J. B. Byers, R.L. Byers. Survived by Daughters, Kathleen (Ben) Fortenberry, Carolyn (Allen) Akers; Sons, Ronnie (Pat) Mullins, Stanley Mullins; Sister, Jean Sexton; Grandchildren, Scott (Megan) and Cynthia Fortenberry, Misti and Angela Raby; Great-Grandchildren, Clara and Henry Fortenberry, Lacee and Randal Raby.
