Brian Todd Bell was born in Knoxville, on Aug 6th,1970. Brian went home on April 25, 2026 at University Of Tennessee Medical Center. Brian is survived by wife of 17 years April M. Bell of Knoxville. And by his father David Wilkerson of Wilson, NC preceded by Wife Iris who passed in 2023. His brother David Bell of Wilson, NC. And nephews Chandler and Zayn (Britany) Bell of NC. Also Great Uncle to Leroy. And sister in Law Sondra Bell. Brian spent several years living in Germany due to his Military Experience. Brian is also an avid fan of FSU Football.
